Well its that time of the week again! haha so this week has been fairly busy and full of big meetings. we had zone conference which was way good i liked that alot and learn alot. it was funny being the music conductor because i had no idea what i was doing so i was waving my hand around like a fool. but anyways was way good. then we over the next few days checked on various people who said we could come back when we doorknocked into them. that was good so we got one new investigator which is good since our pool is slowly dying off. like literally. it was sad about an hour after i emailed last week we got a call from one of the members who lives in seniors apartment place that one of our investigators clarence had died from his colon cancer which was way sad but he is in a better place free from pain of that. and now we have referred him to where he can't run away haha :) but so ya our pool has been actually dying off. then we've had a lot of success with a recent converts husband sam. i guess he likes us a lot and has started to participate in our visits when we come over and he is interested like he showed up to priesthood session with his autistic nephew without any push from us. we didn't even think to ask him which was bad on our part but he liked it alot and agreed with points. and also they are an awesome family haha because i kept taking my wrist watch off my wrist because it drives me nuts. so then the next day when we were at a different members house for dinner. the R.C's mom shows up for dinner too and she gave me a pocket watch they bought me from walmart to remind me of cadillac it was pretty legit and now i have bling haha :) i'll attach a photo. but so at the members house we went to for dinner we had been there earlier doing service. we had to dig two holes and throw these rusted out barrels that he had been using to burn garbage in. and bury them. haha i apparently impressed him when i picked up one of them full of garbage by myself and carried it to the hole. he was in shock it was kind of funny :) cause it really wasn't heavy. but the we had to dig the holes in the rain which was a little bit annoying after a while because my glasses kept getting wet. but we did it fast thanks to my hole digging skills from a kid. then we had conference which was amazing! though it was kind of weird doing it two hours later then i was use too. i'm curious how close is the provo temple to where the new temple is being built? and President Monson's talk on saturday was golden. and i loved is welcome. "hello!" and then his comments about Wyoming. he is to funny. though did anyone else notice something weird was like going on in the very beginning of the saturday morning session. everyone seems a little bit confused. but anyways priesthood session was great i love Elder Holland's talk. he is a powerful man i would love to meet him someday. and i'm hoping all the Angry Bird players heard that part about "Catapulting Birds at Stone Walls." even the General authorities are throwing down on that game. overall a very amazing conference. i let my notebook at the apartment so i can't share the few things i had written down. but one thing i want to leave you with it. it was a line from i believe Elder Hales talk. where it talks about " do we know what Christ has done for each of us individually?" its true do we truly realize the magnitude of the Atonement and just how great of a blessing it is to each and everyone of us. how much our Savior truly loves us? he Suffered for all of our sins, pains, worries, sufferings, struggles, doubts, fears in the flesh and alone. he could have know how to help each and everyone of us through the Spirit like the scriptures says because the Spirit knows all but he chose to doing it physically. that is truly amazing to know. that when if we reach a point in our lives where we feel like the world is arrayed against us, people hate us, nothing is right and it seems like even God has forsaken us. Christ knows that feeling and is standing right there at your side to help you overcome that to pour his love into and let you know God hasn't forsaken you and is watching over you. that truly is a blessing. i leave you my testimony that Christ lives. he is our Savior and Redeemer, that he loves each of us individually and so perfectly that there is no bounds to his love. that he knows how you are feeling no matter what the situation and that he knows how to help you. and that as you put your trust in him all things can be accomplished. President Thomas S Monson is a prophet of God and that he leads us through revelation and that God is watching over each and everyone of us. i say these things in the name of our Beloved Savior and Brother Jesus Christ Amen.
