Alright so Tuesday is my Pday i can do my emails anytime during that day up and till six. it kinda depends on how many letters i have to answer back or what i have to get done also. To answer the first of many questions yes that is the exercise field for the missionaries except i usually stay in the gym and use the track and weights. i have gotten letters from you guys three times i think. i have a box full its kinda crazy. i have dear elders from grandma peterson, briawna, Justin, Nat, zak, Dad, Mom, hillary and kyle. plus actual letters from grandma and grandpa moore, madisen, Bri, the whole Peterson family :) thanks for all of them! treats. mom and Bri you are the best for everything you have sent me but we now have close to twelve pounds worth of junk food in our room so no more for a bit haha i mean even all the tongans raiding hasn't put a huge dent in it. but we will take the cupcakes :)
it is completely insanse that i have been here for 14 days you lose all track of time here in the MTC its like our own little world! I have learn more in these two weeks about God and the Scriptures then i have my whole life. everyone read Jacob 5 its all about the olive trees. now the Missionaries in the family probably have already figured this out oh and Grandma and Grandpa Moore. but i finally get like 90% of that now and i've read it three times in the last 6 months. i'll give a hint it involves the dispensations such as the second coming and the apostasy. Good luck i want to hear what you get out of it. also read 2 Nephi 31. that chapter is so awesome it talks about being baptized and follow the straight and narrow path. i also thought of a great analogy for the Missionary purpose. the purpose if you don't know it. is " helping others coming unto the restored gospel of Jesus Christ through faith in the Atonement of Christ. repentance, baptism, recieving the gift of the Holy ghost and enduring to the end." that can be compared to a triathlon. you have biking swimming and running. faith in Christ is the training for the triathlon you have to believe you can do it. repentance is the biking or the first part of coming unto Christ. then we have baptism or swimming thats halfway through the challenge to meet Christ. then we have the running or recieving the gift of the Holy Ghost. its that much closer to Christ. then we have Enduring to the end. or finishing the race. thats the biggest step in the race. all the hard work you put into training and doing the other two stages you can't give up at that finally point of running you have to cross the finish line by enduring to the end and meeting Christ again. hopefully that makes sense i liked it and it helped when we taught our progressive investigator Jeff about our purpose.
you guys probably think i'm weird that i already sound like this but its crazy how the Gospel works. it truly is the Church of God. I've seen Hayden once on like his third day here and i've seen Landon three times now but he leaves Sunday then he is out in the field. thats crazy Bronson is going to California I know he will do well. Oh my Travel Plans. i Leave the MTC Aug 10th at 4 am. our flight leaves SLC at 730 am and we arrive at Detroit at like 12:59 pm i don't know if thats our time or their time. then i fly out of Detroit for Lansing at 1:54 pm and get there at like 3 i think. so thats coming up way way fast already. that will probably mean my Pday will change. its been a very eventful week over all i think. food is a little bit better here in the MTC but still not amazing at all. I miss everyone! oh and my guitars thats really really sad :(. haha but its alright i'm out doing the Lords work. um i sent a few letters out this morning and i'll try to write some more but just be patient i'm a slow writter and i'm trying to make my handwritting a tiny bit more legible but no promises. um someone let ollie lick their face for me and tell them i love them. i'm just about out of time so sorry i didn't write very much again.
oh look up 1 nephi 2 :16 thats how the elders describe me.
